With the increasing advances in technologies, people are becoming more and more addicted, and are developing severe mental problems like anxiety, stress and an unease life of not being in possession of a phone all the time.

The average American uses their phone around 3 hours a day, and we’re checking our cell phones roughly 110 times per day, that is a lot of time on a screen! We’re even using our phones in the bathroom: 40 percent of adults check their phones on the toilet. That’s a bit dirty.
Cellphones are involved in 25 percent of car accidents, regardless of the driver’s age. This means that both teenagers and adults behave irresponsibly behind the wheel.
Even it's hard for some people to keep away their phones during sleep time, some percentage relates to people not turning the phone off, but other percentage is related with people even sleeping with their phones.
